lately i've been listening to music like these. i'm so sick of mainstream music (especially crrrrappy indonesian ones), and looking for an escape. so if you are a big fan (or not) of folk music, you should really listen to these:


1. She & Him
i just watched "Yes Man" for the 7th time yesterday, and i fell in love with Zooey Deschanel all over again. so i googled her, and voila! She & Him, duo of Zooey Deschanel (my biggest girl crush) and M.Ward. oh, i don't think there are words to describe them. Zooey has an incredibly beautiful and angelic voice, and not to be forgotten, a very very pretty face. go listen, waste your bandwith on this one, you won't regret.

2. Zee Avi
i accidentally clicked on her video. HOW I LOVE YOUTUBE!!! youtube always helps me discover new beautiful voices. Zee's voice, is the most beautiful, calming, and relaxing voice i've ever heard. and woooow, she's a Malaysian! despite of all the problems Indonesian is currently having with Malaysian, i really love her!




because i love her voice soooo freaking much, i'm gonna buy her album on eBay...
